John Osborne
John Osborn is Operations Administrator in the Department of Provider Relations at Mayo Clinic, where he leads the global healthcare consulting and advisory program, and coordinates provider-based strategy for Canada and Western Europe. In addition, he has responsibilities for management of Mayo Clinic Care Network member relationships in Michigan and Illinois. Prior to his current role, he was Operations Manager for General & Trauma Surgery and the Mayo Clinic Trauma Centers, and provided administrative leadership to the residency and fellowships programs in the Department of Surgery. He began his career at Mayo as a management engineer in their Division of Systems & Procedures. He is Assistant Professor of Health Care Systems Engineering in Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. He is the Treasurer of the Trauma Center Association of America, and is active in healthcare preparedness and response activities at the national level.
Mr. Osborn received the Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Notre Dame, and the Master of Science degree in decision science from the London School of Economics.
